Returns Policy

You can return any unopened and unused purchase within 28 days from the date of despatch. The date the items were despatched to you by us will be detailed in the documentation with your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging. You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges). The refund can only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will email you when the item has been received and will inform you when the credit has been made to your card account. This is normally within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment.

How to return items?

First of all, please contact us by email queries@ultranutrio.com and provide your order number, full name and reason for return. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
Please wrap your parcel in its original packaging and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and always get a tracked service/signed for. In any event damaged, or used items will not be exchanged nor will a refund be made.

We offer free delivery for all orders over £99.99

All orders placed and paid before 2.00pm Monday – Friday will be sent out the same day and delivered accordingly to chosen delivery option but not guaranteed.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
